Who am I

I’m a 24-year-old physical education teacher, and my goal is to change your perspective on the subject. Classes that have no meaning are over.

The ones where you wait a long time in line, are thrown a ball, and are supposed to run mindlessly… No more.

Running for the sake of running is not why we are here.
There is so much more to this.

I’m introducing you to a different sort of Physical Education:
One that makes you reflect, connects you with others, and prepares you for real-life difficulties.

What can you discover here?

Activities that teach your heart and intellect in addition to your body.
Because play is a potent tool for learning, development, and world-changing—it’s not just for fun.

You’ll also find articles, strategies, and advice to help you implement this new approach to PE, transforming your teaching and making every class a meaningful experience
